Email contact@tf2gambling.com. That mailbox goes to the person who runs the site. There is no form on this page, because a form would mean collecting data we do not want to hold.

This is a small site, so a reply is not instant.

What to send

Four things are worth an email:

  • A fact on a page that is wrong, with the screenshot or page that shows it.
  • A site that stopped paying, took your items or changed its terms after we tested it.
  • A TF2 gambling site we should test, with a reason we should trust it enough to fund an account.
  • A broken page, a bad link or something that will not load.

Put the page URL in the message. It saves a round trip.

If you run a site we review

Send a dispute to contact@tf2gambling.com with the review URL and the word “dispute” in the subject line. Tell us which sentence is wrong and attach what proves it: a screenshot of the current page, the terms, the dashboard, the trade log.

Here is what happens next. We check your evidence against ours. If yours holds, the sentence is corrected, the change is dated on the page, and the rubric score behind the rating is corrected with it, which can move the rating up or down. If ours holds, the page stays as it is and we tell you which capture it came from.

Two things that will not work, so nobody wastes a week on them. A rating cannot be bought, raised or traded for a better commission rate, and a review will not be taken down on request. Every fact we publish comes off a dated screenshot, so the way to change a page is to show us a better one.

What we cannot help with

Nothing about your account on a gambling site. We do not run those sites, we have no access to their systems, and we cannot recover a deposit, release a stuck trade, lift a ban or chase a payout for you. Contact the operator’s own support, and if you get nowhere, tell us what happened. That is exactly the kind of report that changes a review.
