How crash works
A round starts at 1.00x and the multiplier climbs. At a random point it crashes. If you cashed out before that point you win your bet times the multiplier at the moment you clicked; if you did not, you lose the bet. You would play it with balance from deposited keys and skins, the same balance every other mode uses.
House edge and provably fair crash points
Sites build the house edge into the formula that produces each crash point. The multiplier curve pays a little less than the true odds, and on some games a share of rounds crash at 1.00x before anyone can cash out. The size of that shortfall is the edge, and each site sets its own, so look for the number on the fairness page.
A provably fair crash game derives every crash point from a published seed chain. Each round’s hash is committed in advance, and after the round you can recompute the crash point from the revealed seed. Check one past round before you bet.
Auto-cashout and limits
Auto-cashout lets you set a target multiplier so the game cashes out for you. It does not change the expected return: a low target wins more rounds but pays less per round, and over time the house edge is the same. What it does do is remove the urge to hold one more second. Set it, along with a loss limit, before the first round.
No site we have tested runs crash
None of the three sites on our list offers a crash game. That is worth stating plainly, because “bust” is often a crash game elsewhere and both TF2Easy and TF2 Royal have a mode with that name. Theirs is blackjack: open TF2 Royal’s Bust table and the felt prints “BLACKJACK 6:5” and “INSURANCE 2:1”. Howl has no crash-style game either.
